This is a quick weekday night meal (as long as you de-thaw the shrimp).

One Pan Cajun Shrimp Pasta
A quick weekday night pasta dish.
Equipment
- Stove top
- Dutch Oven
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- Kielbasa
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb Penne Pasta
- 2 Cups Spinnach
- 1 Cup Heavy/Light Cream
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
Toppings
- ½ Tomato
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium high heat and brown the Kielbasa on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat and add the minced garlic.
- Toss Shrimp with Creole seasoning. Then add it to the pan wit the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Chop the spinach in half and add it to the pan along with the kielbasa from before.
- Add the cream and broth.
- Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 20 min.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded parmesan cheese and shrimp.
- Top with tomatoes
