Instructions
Heat oil over medium high heat and brown the Kielbasa on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Reduce heat and add the minced garlic.
Toss Shrimp with Creole seasoning. Then add it to the pan wit the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Chop the spinach in half and add it to the pan along with the kielbasa from before.
Add the cream and broth.
Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 20 min.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded parmesan cheese and shrimp.
Top with tomatoes
