  • 15 oz Fire Roast Tomatoes
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ Onion Yellow
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ½ Orange Bell Pepper
  • ½ Poblano Pepper (Unless the fire roasted tomatoes have chiles in them already)
  • 15 oz Black Beans (1 Can)
  • 15 oz Canned Corn (1 Can)
  • 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Adobe Sauce

Toppings

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Soup Cream
  • Salsa
  • Tortilla Chips
